Question 1

What is an indoor golf simulator?

Accepted Answer

An indoor golf simulator uses advanced launch monitor technology (we use TrackMan IO — the same system used on the PGA Tour) combined with 4K projection to let you play full rounds on virtual recreations of world-famous golf courses. Every shot is tracked and analyzed in real time.

Question 2

Do I need to bring my own clubs?

Accepted Answer

Yes, please bring your own clubs. We don't currently offer rental clubs, and bringing your own ensures the most accurate TrackMan experience tailored to your game.

Question 3

How many people can play in a bay?

Accepted Answer

Each bay accommodates up to 4 players. Members and hourly pass holders can bring up to 3 guests for free.

Question 4

Can left-handed golfers use the simulators?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. All three of our bays are fully compatible with both left and right handed golfers.

Question 5

What does 24/7 tee time access mean?

Accepted Answer

Members and hourly pass holders can book tee times 24 hours a day, 7 days a week using our Pin High Golf Suites app. App access provides a digital key that unlocks the front door when your tee time starts. Public tee times are available during scheduled hours.

Question 6

Can I bring food?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Bring your own food — no need to go hungry while you play. We also have a water fridge on-site for your convenience.

Question 7

How do I book a tee time?

Accepted Answer

Members and hourly pass holders can book anytime using our Pin High app. Public tee times are booked through this website.

Question 8

Is this suitable for beginners?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Our simulators are great for golfers of all skill levels. Beginners can use the practice range and get real-time feedback, while experienced players can test themselves on championship courses.

Question 9

What makes your bays different?

Accepted Answer

We have the largest simulator screens in Castle Rock. Two of our three bays feature oversized ~18ft wide screens with 4K projection — larger than what you'll find at most facilities. Our 3rd bay is smaller but more private.

Question 10

Do you offer lessons?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we offer lessons that leverage the full power of TrackMan IO analytics. Contact us for availability and pricing.

Question 11

Is the facility staffed?

Accepted Answer

Pin High is a self-service facility, so there's no front desk or on-site staff. If it's your first visit, we'll do our best to meet you in person for a walkthrough. If that's not possible, we'll get you in remotely and support you every step of the way.

Question 12

What happens if there's a technical issue?

Accepted Answer

Let us know and we'll work to resolve it right away. If needed, we'll move you to another bay if one is available. We always do our best to make it right, including crediting back your time.

Question 13

Will you cap the number of memberships?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We want to ensure tee times are available to members. Once we reach a capacity limit, we'll stop selling memberships and will reduce/remove availability of public tee times.

Question 14

Can minors play?

Accepted Answer

Minors are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Unaccompanied minors are not permitted in the facility.
